Designing of production casting accessories is carried out by highly qualified experts, who have many years’ experience in automobile industry on the basis of through automated layout technologies.

We offer the following services

• we manufacture verification and optimization of the procedure of mechanical operation of forming surfaces of production casting accessories on the basis of mathematical model of forming surface;
• we develop control programs for 3- and 5-dimensional numerical control machines on the basis of mathematical models created in any CAD programs;
• we manufacture complex forming surfaces, which are fully correspond to their mathematical presentation on 5- dimensional numerical control machines;
• we manufacture production casting accessories with no complexity, weight and dimensions limitations;

Starting materials for designing

1. Mathematical model of a component from any ЗD САD system exported through any production data exchange standard: IGES, SET, STEP, DXF, DWG etc.
2. Design documentation on paper of another data medium – in this case our experts will develop ЗD model of a component;
3. Ready component sample - in this case ЗD model of a component will be developed as well.

For manufacturing of production casting accessories only modern materials, component parts and instrument by famous foreign manufacturers such as HASCO, UDDEHOLM, MITSUBISHI etc. are applied.
